Our Methodology
Kingstonville employs a comprehensive methodology to identify and mitigate risks:
- Initial risk assessment - Evaluate the client’s existing processes and procedures to assess risk
- Risk identification - Determine and identify risk factors
- Risk analysis – Evaluate the scope and seriousness of the risks identified and score them according to our risk rating methodology.
- Risk prioritization – In collaboration with the client, rank the risks identified from lowest to highest
- Plan development – Develop strategies to control or mitigate the risks
- Plan implementation – Implement the plan, ensuring the involvement of all stakeholders
- Risk monitoring – Continue to evaluate the effectiveness of the plan and make appropriate modifications, as needed
