Tanya is a certified Project Manager Professional (PMP) and has a B.S. degree in international business management from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA in marketing from the University of the West Indies.

Notoya leads Kingstonville’s business development team to achieve growth targets and strategic objectives. She has over 15 years of experience in federal government contracting and expertise in information technology and data management within the scientific community. Notoya has a bachelor’s degree in public communication from American University and a Master of Information Management (MIM) degree from the University of Maryland College Park. She is a member of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE).
